Dr. Ramanujam has more than 10 years of experience caring for residents in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care settings. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered primary care while partnering closely with nursing staff, residents, families, and facility leadership to improve outcomes and enhance quality of life.
Dr. Ramagopal Tumuluri, MD
Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist
With more than 30 years of cardiovascular experience, Dr. Tumuluri provides specialized cardiac, vascular, and wound care services to residents throughout Wisconsin. Supported by a dedicated Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, he delivers comprehensive cardiovascular evaluations, diagnostic testing, and treatment while also directing a specialty cardiovascular and wound care clinic in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
Emily Patzer, MSN, FNP-C
Emily is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a unique background in both engineering and healthcare. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and her Master of Science in Nursing from Herzing University.
Emily has been a valued provider at Integrity Senior Health for more than seven years, specializing in geriatric medicine. As Lead Nurse Practitioner, she plays an important role in patient care, clinical leadership, and mentoring new providers while helping ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across the organization.
Kim Janecek, MSN, PMHNP-BC, APNP
Kim is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Alverno College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Columbia College of Nursing.
For nearly three years, Kim has provided psychiatric care through Integrity Senior Health, specializing in the mental health needs of older adults in long-term care settings. She conducts comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and patient education, helping improve quality of life for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, dementia, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, and other behavioral health conditions.
Aryn Stevningroe , DNP, FNP-C
Aryn is a Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared Nurse Practitioner with more than five years of clinical experience. She earned her DNP degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and advanced clinical care.
Aryn is passionate about geriatric medicine and dedicated to improving the health, independence, and quality of life of older adults. She works closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams to provide individualized, compassionate care that supports each patient’s unique needs and goals.
Galina Bakman, MSN, FNP-BC
Galina is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She completed her Family Nurse Practitioner training in 2009 and has extensive experience providing comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare.
Throughout her career, Galina has developed a strong passion for geriatric medicine, focusing on helping older adults maintain their health, independence, and quality of life. She is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
